In 2008 the school introduced a whole of school positive behaviour program aimed primarily at addressing student behaviour. This involved a whole of school ‘Supporting Students for Success’ policy; a monitoring group which includes teachers, parents, and Flexible Learning Centre staff; a re-focus on effective pedagogy and a system of rewards for positive behaviour. This led to wide community acceptance of our 3 Universal Rules - Be Safe
- Be A Learner
- Be Respectful
The community is also supportive of our process for dealing with unacceptable behaviour – confronting poor performance with appropriate sanctions. The following documents outline our school's data in - School Disciplinary Absences - 2006, 2007, 2008 and Semester 1 2009
